The 2019 International Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Research Conference: Changing the Course of TSC promises three days of exciting new science and networking! The organizing committee has reserved time for 13 talks to be selected from submitted abstracts. Also, the TS Alliance anticipates awarding 15 Vicky H. Whittemore Travel Awards to early career researchers and trainees who submit meritorious abstracts for poster or oral presentations.
Childen’s National Health System will be hosting the 29th Annual Pediatric Neurology Update in Rockville, MD on April 11, 2019. Neurosurgical advances in TSC and the transition to adulthood for TSC patients are major foci of this CME opportunity. Speakers include Howard Weiner, MD (Texas Children’s Hospital); Martina E. Bebin, MD, MPA (UAB Tuberous Sclerosis Clinic); and Peter Crino, MD, PhD (University of Maryland).

The LAM Foundation and the NCATS/NIH Rare Lung Diseases Consortium are accepting abstracts for the 2018 International Rare Lung Diseases Research Conference. The meeting will be held September 6-9 at the Cincinnati Marriott at Rivercenter. Abstracts will be accepted through the submission portal until midnight Eastern on June 15.
The Japanese Society of Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (JSTSC) is organizing the 2018 International Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Research Conference. The meeting will be held September 13-15 at the JR Tokyo General Hospital in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
