Michigan and New York Conference Summaries
The 2013 Regional TSC Conference Series kicked-off in Grand Rapids, MI at the Van Andel Institute on May 4. The conference included TSC individuals, families and physicians. The successful presentations of our expert panelists allowed the TSC community to gain the latest knowledge in TSC research and the resources available to them. The exquisite staff at the Van Andel Institute provided an organized and pleasant environment for all of the conference guests and the TS Alliance is grateful for their partnership in this event.
The TS Alliance partnered with FACES for their annual conference in New York, NY, which took place immediately following the Grand Rapids meeting. On May 5, the TSC community in New York came together at New York University to hear the latest in TSC and epilepsy research. The conference was a special occasion for the TS Alliance to join the FACES and NYU team in supporting the local community. Special thanks to FACES and NYU for their gracious hosting and support for this successful conference.
